Dashboard

Dashboard is the landing page of the portal where you can see the key metrics of the bot data from your traffic. This is an improvised version of ‘Traffic Summary’ page of old portal with new metrics we have received as feedback from fellow customers like you.

  • The KPI tiles have been aligned with new metrics on Impacted URLs and the real-time metrics on Total API requests and bot hits are also added. Real-time refers to the count on the current hour of the timezone you have configured.

  • The Doughnut chart widgets with evident clarity on the metrics are improvised.

  • A new Doughnut widget on CAPTCHA feedback is introduced. This comprises the distribution on CAPTCHAs being solved, attempted but failed and not attempted among the whole set of CAPTCHAs being challenged.

  • ‘Human Traffic’ segment in the list based on your request in introduced

  • The options can be selected or deselcted to realign this widget based on your required metrics

New Navigation

New navigation menu has been introduced for the users to facilitate the product journey. There are absolutely no changes in terms of features but we have modified their placements to enrich your experience with the portal.

  • Bad bot & Legitimate bot analysis pages are bucketed under ‘Analytics’

  • Bot Management, Whitelist IP and Brand Customization are bucketed under ‘Settings’
